We can provide you with a Property Certificate of your domain.

To do so, you must first check that the ownership data of the domain in question is correct:

2. Click on the "wrench" icon displayed on the right side of the domain.

3. In the "Manage" panel on the left, click on "Contact Information (Whois)".

4. Check that the data is correct and/or modify it if necessary.

IMPORTANT: In the case of domains with .es extension, the data displayed in the client area is the Administrative Contact data of the domain and not the Ownership data. You can check the Ownership data of a .es domain at: https://www.dominios.es/es; or ask us through ticket/chat.

If modifying the data gives you an error, please indicate to us the new data to be established and we will take care of the change. If you also need to modify any Contact of the domain, please specify it.

You can request the change of data and/or Property Certificate of the domain through ticket/chat from the client area (accessing with the owner's user) to the Billing Department. When requesting the Property Certificate, please confirm that the current data of the domain is also correct.

Once the data is correct, we can proceed to issue the Property Certificate/s of the domain/s. Please remember to indicate to us the name of the domain/s in question.

We are working to implement this option in the client area. In the meantime, we will provide you with the related document/s.
