Email is a sensitive and private element, so no copy of received or sent emails is ever stored on your hosting except in personal mailboxes, unless you have set up a redirection to a historical mailbox or a similar option.
The sending and receiving records on your part are an element that occupies valuable space and, under normal circumstances, are only for diagnosing failed deliveries and receptions. In hosting, these data are usually destroyed after 4 natural days, although there may be a different period available under certain circumstances.
However, if you have our SMTP Relay and/or Professional AntiSpam service, the sending and receiving records are kept for 28 natural days.
In addition, if an email is held in Quarantine by these services, we maintain an exact copy of that delivery for a period of 7 natural days, which can be launched for delivery or used for training the filtering system if necessary.
If you require a copy of these records, you must request it in writing, through an authorized account, due to the sensitivity of such information.
