Professional Hosting offers you the possibility to request a security/clone instance of your machine with the date you have selected to restore the necessary data.

To extract the data from your instance/clone, we must access the Plesk migrator URL, which we will find in the ticket. The URL will call our server currently and allow us to configure the migrator.

As a general rule, it will be like this:

https://IP-OF-YOUR-VPS:PORT/modules/panel-migrator/index.php/index/new-migration

Now we must complete with the data that the technicians have provided us in the incident so that it will look like this:

Once configured, we will click on Prepare migration and our Plesk will connect with that of our instance/clone.

The process of loading subscriptions may take a couple of minutes, so you must be patient.

Once finished, we will have to mark Show existing subscriptions to show subscriptions that are already created on the source server.

Now we must mark if we want to migrate:

In our case, we are going to do a test by migrating only files and database, leaving the emails intact.

Now we will click on Migrate and the migration will begin.

Next, a popup will show us a check of applications and compatibility with the server. Since it is an instance/clone, you can skip this step without any problem.

After this, the migration will begin.

The time of the migration process is very relative since it depends on the size of the files that must be migrated. Nevertheless, we ask you to be patient.

Once migrated, it will indicate it and everything will appear correct.

Now we will click on Finish migration and then on Yes to delete the migration data.
