Inbox in Outlook

When setting up our Outlook with our email account, it is possible that the folders for "spam, inbox..." do not appear. This is because it is not able to load the folders from the server.

To solve this problem, we need to access our email manager and go to the account settings.

In the account settings window, we will need to click on More settings...

Here in folders we will write INBOX. in this way we will force the folders to load from the server.
