To set up email in Outlook 2016, we must first open the program on our computer:
When we open it, the following will appear, where, as shown in the image, we must assign our email and click on set up my account manually:
The next step is to select whether we want to configure the email account in IMAP or POP3:
IMAP:
IMAP server: mail.domainname
User: Email account we are going to configure
Password: Email account password
Port: 143
POP3:
POP3 server: mail.domainname
User: Email account we are going to configure
Password: Email account password
Port: 110
Encryption: None
Once that is done, your email account will be set up:
