To modify the DNS records of our domain, we must enter our Plesk panel and go to domains > click on the domain > DNS settings:
The DNS records for our domain will appear:
Here we have several options:
- Add new DNS records: We can add new records to our template by clicking on add record:
We can add the type of record we want from those that appear in the drop-down list:
For example, if we add an A-type record for a subdomain called prueba.profesionalph.com, it will look like this:
When we click accept, our DNS record is added:
Modify DNS records that we already have created for a new one: The process is the same as when adding a record, but instead of clicking on add record, we click on the record itself, for example, if we want to modify the mx record of the domain, we click on it:
And it's just a matter of changing the value of the record and configuring what we are going to change, just like when adding a new one.
It is important that when we modify a record, we click on update when this window appears:
And later, when this message appears, click on Apply DNS Template:
So that the changes are saved correctly and this message will appear:
