To download a backup copy from Plesk we must access our Plesk and go to where we have the copy:

- If we have it in one subscription only, we must go to Subscriptions > click on the subscription > Backup Manager.

- If we have it at the server level, we must go to tools and settings > Backup Manager.

To download the copy, click on the green arrow on the right side of the copy:

And it will be downloaded, sometimes it will ask us if we want to use a password for the copy or not, we simply have to enter a password if we want to protect the copy or uncheck the use of password if we do not want to.
