Due to the new iOS update, it automatically configures the incoming and outgoing servers under an SSL certificate. This means that if our server does not have an SSL certificate installed in the mail manager, a window may appear indicating that this connection is not secure and email sending and receiving may not be properly executed.

To do this, once the account is configured, we have to follow these steps to disable the certificate:

  • We access the configuration of our account.

  • We go to advanced options.

  • We uncheck the "Use SSL" option.

  • We set the corresponding ports.
