First, we need to download our FTP program, we recommend Filezilla.
Once downloaded and installed, a window like this will open:

Next, click on File and then on Site Manager.

A window like this will open and we will click on New Site.

Next, this new window will open and we will have to fill it in with the following information.

In server: We will have to put the IP of our machine or ftp.yourdomain.com.

Protocol: We will leave it as default "FTP".

Encryption: We will always use Plain or Unsecured.

Logon Type: Normal mode "Enabling it will unlock the user and password fields"

User: FTP username

Password: Password
