To avoid our servers from being blacklisted as spam, ProfesionalHosting has established a maximum limit of 80 emails sent per hour per different user email. It is very rare for a normal user to send more than this amount of emails per hour. If you send more than 80 emails per hour, you will receive an error message in your email client like this one:

E451 You have sent more than 80 emails in the last hour. Rate limit has been exceeded. Try again later. (#4.3.0)

If you have not sent that amount of emails, it is possible that your email password has been hacked and is being used to send spam.
