PROBLEM
When I try to download my email it seems to be working fine but then stops and says "The operation has timed out"
SOLUTION
It's possible that an email is too large (takes up too much disk space) or it's some kind of SPAM that's blocking the email client.
To solve the problem, you need to log in through webmail http://webmail.DOMAIN.COM, replacing DOMAIN.COM with the email account's domain. Enter your email account login and password and locate the problematic email, which is usually the oldest one that hasn't been downloaded yet.
To delete the file from webmail, you need to mark the email or emails you want to delete. After clicking delete (top left), the email to be deleted will be crossed out. Then click empty (x) at the top right and check that you can now download your email normally.
