What you have is an authorization problem to access the server, because you have been classified as a spammer.

Problem:
This problem arises because the dynamic (random) IP assigned to you by your internet provider (e.g. Telefónica, Ono) is reported on some anti-spam list as a SPAMMER (person dedicated to sending unsolicited mass emails).

It is common in Telefónica services to have reported IP's from their network as they have been used for SPAM by previous users and they have not taken measures to lift this sanction. As they use random IPs (the IP of your internet connection changes every time the router is turned on), there are many possibilities that the IP assigned to you is a reported spammer IP.

Solution:
In these cases, the only solution to this problem is to turn off the internet connection router, or the modem (if you have a modem connected by USB you must turn off the machine) and wait a couple of minutes. Then turn it back on, so that another IP number is assigned to you.
You may have to repeat this operation (turning the router on and off) several times until you are assigned an IP free of problems.

By turning the ROUTER on and off several times, your IP should change. If it doesn't change, it means you have a fixed IP, so you should contact your internet provider and demand that they "clean your IP" as it is their obligation.

We remind you that while your provider solves the problem, you can use webmail to send emails.
