To use email, you must have created your email account. If you have not yet done so, please follow this guide:

Once you have created your account, open Outlook. If it is the first time you are using it, an assistant will open. Otherwise, follow these steps:
Go to the top and click on: Tools-> Account Settings.
Once the account settings are displayed, go to the Email tab and click on "New...".
Select the first option, Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP and click the "Next" button.
A form will appear, but we only select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click the "Next" button.
Select Internet Email (the first option) and click the "Next" button.
Fill out the form, keeping the following in mind:
Your Name: Here you should enter the name that will appear as the sender of the email.
Email Address: Here you should enter the complete email address created with profesionalhosting. If your domain is something.com and you have created the email [email protected], you should enter [email protected]
Account Type: POP3
Incoming mail server (POP3): it is always mail.yourdomain. If your domain is something.com, it would be mail.something.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): it is always mail.yourdomain. If your domain is something.com, it would be mail.something.com
User Name: This is the complete email address created.
Password: Enter the password created or assigned to the email account.
Retype Password: Retype it.
On this same screen, click on More Settings, then go to the "Outgoing Server" tab and select the checkbox "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". Click on "OK".
Click the "Next" button, then click Finish.
