Log in to your Plesk control panel using the data we provided.
2. Once logged in, click on Home located in the left menu.
3. Then on the right, under the domains category, click on the domain where you want to create the email.
4. Click on the Mail logo under the Services category.
5. Click on the email in which you want to create the autoresponder in the email list.
6. Click on the icon below "Autoresponders".
7. Click on "Add New Autoresponder".
8. Fill in the name of the autoresponder (something to identify it, for example, vacation, default, travel).
9. In the reply context category, fill in:
Reply-to address: enter the address from which the writer will receive the auto-reply.
Reply email subject: the subject that will be received in the auto-response email.
Character encoding: Select "iso-8859-1".
Reply with text: Here we put the text that they will receive in the auto-response indicating the reasons for it.
Then click on accept.
This is how we create the different autoresponses. Then, to activate one, in the autoresponses list, click on one and click on the activate button. It is important that only one is active simultaneously.
