You have sent a message through our SMTP server. Our SMTP server has searched for the recipient's SMTP server but has been unable to establish a connection after several attempts, and therefore the connection has failed.

In this situation, there is not much we can do. The problem must be resolved by the recipient by notifying their hosting provider.
