When trying to install Magento 2 from the application menu, a series of errors may appear on some servers that prevent installation.

For PHP errors, changing the PHP version to version 5.6 or higher is sufficient. To do this, follow these steps:

  • In your Plesk panel, enter the domain where you want to install Magento 2

  • Click on "PHP Settings"

  • In the dropdown where it says "PHP support (PHP version)", select the version you want to use and click Accept at the bottom of the page

For database errors, you will need to contact us, as the version will need to be updated or your page will need to be moved to a server with a compatible version of MySQL.
