To verify ownership of our domain, we have to access this URL from the browser:
And log in with our Gmail account:
Once logged in, we must click on Add a Property:
Subsequently, we add our website (in this tutorial we will use one of our domains called guiasprofesionalhosting.com):
The next step is to verify ownership of our domain by clicking on Manage Property > Verify Property:

Step 1 is to download the verification file from the URL they provide us:
Now we must upload the file to our server, to do this we access our server (in the example we do it with Plesk) and go to the section Domains > click on the domain > click on the root folder of our domain and upload the file:
And click on Upload to upload our downloaded file:
Now, once our file has been uploaded to the root of our files, we must go to the next step, which is to click on the verification link in step 3 so that we can verify our domain in Google Webmaster Tools:

Once this is done, the last step is to prove that we are not a robot and then Verify:
And we will have the domain verified in Google Webmaster Tools:
