The solution to the problem is to delete the email, the way to do it is by accessing the email through the webmail by entering the following url:
http://webmail.eldominio.com being eldominio.com your domain.
Enter the user and password and click on login.
2. Open in the inbox (Mailbox-> Inbox)
3. Look for the email that is causing the collapse and select it, then click on delete. It will be selected with a line through the center.
4. Click on empty.
