From our client area, you can send incidents about your services to resolve them and/or doubts. To create a ticket or incident, you must enter our Client Area (clientes.profesionalhosting.com) and access with the data with which you registered on our website. Then, we access Support > Open ticket or incident.
After this, a window will open where we will select a department where the ticket or incident will be directed. In this case, we select the Technical Support Department (it will depend on our actual query).
