After having installed our Joomla!, we can access it from Plesk (as indicated in the installation guide) or from sudominio.com/administrator with the username and password we have indicated. Normally, after the installation, Joomla! is in English, but the Spanish language is installed. To make the change, we enter the administration and go to Extensions > Language(s) > Installed

Upon accessing, we see that we have two languages: English and Spanish. We select Spanish and click on Default, in this way we set Spanish as the default language.

When we do this, it does not change the language in the administration, so now we access our profile and then click on Edit Account. We go to the Basic Settings tab and we have two options: Backend Language and Frontend Language. Here we select the Spanish language and click on Save, in this way we change our profile to Spanish.
