Once our technicians have provided you with the instance data, we can access the control panel. The access data will correspond to a Plesk panel.
Once inside, we will see a complete copy of our server with the date of the instance raised.
We will download via FTP the files of the subscription or compress them into a zip file from the file manager of the subscription we want to restore and export the database.
We upload the files of our website to our server as well as the importance of our database.
Once we have completed all the previous steps, we will have our backup restored.
